    Hi,I m Sandor Dima,

    Contract account no.:<snip>

    I m a new costumer of El.Ireland,and my first bill is 63,58 eur..I will pay the bills by Direct debit mandate.But,you take me out from my bank account today 204,80 eur. I want to ask,why? Its an 63,58 eur.bill,not 205 eur !! Thanks,Sandor Dima.
