Ankle Injury

    Hi :)
    I hurt my ankle about 3 months ago and went to the doctor, I got a xray and it camr back clear. I then got an ulotrasound and tendons and ligaments are perfect, anyone know what it could be? :)

    How did you injure it in the first place?

    Did you go see a sports physio/therapist?

    With such little information anyone giving advice here would just be blind guess work (and as such information gotten here would be ill advised to take as gospel)
