    Madina on Mary Street.

Authentic and more than reasonably priced. €10 for the best curry in Dublin.

    Don't serve alcohol though.

If you want authentic food and nice beer, Indie Daba on Annes Lane.

If you want a lads night out and lashings of Cobra, Tandoori Bite on South Richmond Street.

I second that, the food is phenomenal!

I really miss the Rajdoot, shame it closed down :(

Jewel in the Crown on South William Street.

Went there for our Christmas party last year. The food was spot on, we were on a tight budget and the early bird was great value.

We were extremely boistrous, with a bunch of cackling hens one side of the table. We were playing with toys on the table from Kris Kindle/Secret Santa and honestly the staff couldn't have been nicer and seemed to enjoy us being there!

I think maybe we were a novelty there but then again I was half jarred and could have been mis-reading people's feelings/emotions.

To top it off they threw in at least one bottle of free wine right at the end when it was clear to any sane person that everyone of our party had had more than enough.

    Fair play to them.

A friend was here recently, said it was nice.

    But

“Our Little Darjeeling” Red Ale Ireland 5.0%
    Pint 4.5
    Gls 2.3

    What is that?

I've never been able to find out. The only 5% ABV Irish red around when they opened was Eight Degrees Sunburnt, but Eight Degrees have said that's not it. It's drinkable but not very exciting.

They sell Dungarvan beers, could it be them?

Another vote for Diwali from me.

Well located, excellent food , friendly staff and not robbery.

They also give you a voucher for a 10% discount for your next visit which is a nice touch.

    Highly recommend.

More like a cheap cafe though, but whatever you're into.
Are there any BYO Indians in Dublin these days? Like the ones in London?
