Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There seems to be a problem with our water pump. It's a domestic apartment so the tank requires a pump. Only the kitchen sink has normal running water, dish washer does not work and all bathrooms have VERY low pressure water. Toilet works but takes A LONG time to refill. Shower does not work at all.

Does anybody know why this is? Is it the pump?

Called plumber and told me to ring manufacturer. Did that but was put through to a voice mail message of some person and we need water...

We just got back from 3 week holiday and need a shower... asap:confused:

It might need to be re-set, turn off the electric supply to the pump for 30 seconds and see if it re-starts after switching it back on.
After 2 - 3 attempts with no re-start you need someone to repair it.
What make and model is it?

It was a Stuart Turner Monsoon Pump

a HUGE thank you to K. Flyer...! I turned the switch off in the box that had a label for the water pump and left it for 30 seconds, turned it back on and the familiar (very loud) pumping sound started!! Tested everything and it all worked just the way it did before!

THANK YOU! You saved me hundreds of euro and a lot of time without water... really appreciate it!
