Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It has to be Hendo or Gerrard...both really can't work together and Hendo has to stop getting stunned by Gerrard's presence.

Moses is depressingly poor. Bet he ends up with West Ham in the summer.

Jones, Cissokho and Kelly look terrible but I was expecting this performance from them. Henderson though needs to grow a set, because of what he is capable of this performance is nothing short of disgraceful.

he's probably been our best player today.

Kellys constantly available out the right hand side. Hes getting no protection in front of him either. Think hes doing alright despite of this

Agree and although he's settled in ok now was ropey as fcuk for the first 20 odd. Understandable though, he's hardly played in 18 months and considering how Johnson has performed this year he's been on par!

Strolling through this atm. Step up gear in 2nd should win comfortably. Bournemouth defence has the frighteners now and didn't take their chances

Hasn't done a single thing wrong today.

He was played into good positions on two occasions and his first touch was chronic.

But hes just back and he was in the position to receive the ball, which is good. Its a sh1t pitch and hes constantly having to deal with 2 men as no one is helping him out. Happy with him so far

Gerrard played two excellent defensive splitting passes to Sturridge and Suarez who were wrongly flagged offside.

    Poor officiating.

Grand so far. The wind is making long balls difficult but we will be playing with it in the 2nd half.

I have admit liking Bournemouth with 30 years since they beat manU but this team are playing better soccerball than many teams in the premier league.

    Kudos to them.

Gerrard playing deep is just depressing me.

The lino on the near side has been terrible.

If we play like this vs Everton we are done. This is a very strong team ,almost as strong as we could have fielded. What has happened the energy and pace in our game? I was hoping villa was a once off but Christ that was some lazy 45mins

Is Allen injured? We could really do with him against Everton

    I didn't say he was any good.:p

We should seriously sign Steve Harper. Quality back up who is happy to waste his career on the bench. He'd be perfect.

I'm not a huge fan of Moses but he is doing well today and if he had a leftback that overlapped him instead of standing in his way on the touchline he might be doing even better.

Hmmm Gerrard shouldn't even be on the agenda at half time though.

    Henderson has been alot worse.

    Cissoko is actually decent defensively.

But he is abysmal with the ball at his feet.

It would be interesting to put Alberto on for Gerrard and see if Henderson improves. Cant see a sub before 60mins though.

Would end badly and just open up more space as Alberto refuses to track back.

Love the way that opposition players just seem to bounce off Sturridge whenever they try to challenge him.

Skrtel just saved our bacon there, no way Jones was getting to that.

    Fair play to Skrtel.

Skrtel being injured would be a disaster. Sama on, or Kelly to CB with Flanagan on? Surely Kelly to cb.

B'mouth giving it a good auld go. Thought the goal would have knocked the wind out of their sails but they're putting in a really good effort here.

Ian Harte on the Bournemouth bench?

Henderson should be practising his shooting instead of soloing the ball.
