Can you place a bet such as Brazil to win their group and win the World Cup or Vettel to win the F1 Championship and Redbull to win the Constructors Championship Each as a Double Accumulator or would they be regarded as the same event?

They are called "related bets" and the odds will reflect the fact that if 1 happens, there is a very good chance the 2nd part will happen.
Like backing Ronaldo to be top CL goalscorer and RM to win CL.
The odds will be lower then the straight double odds.
