how bad are the pat downs? I presume they don't go right up your leg that'd be a bit creepy?

They didn't feel the family jewels but you won't get away with a naggin anywhere else other than stuck under your mickey!

Enough to catch you with a naggin down your pants but I saw people in there with some, so it's possible. Saw a fair few people trying to hide cans/bottles in hoodies wrapped up in hoodies in bags, they were caught.

Any ideas on what you could do with a bag? As in anywhere I could leave it?

Had a naggin tucked into my belt just above my ass & got in but might have been luck!!
They patted front & back & under arm!!
    Best of luck!

According to AccuWeather there'll be showers in the afternoon but by 5 or 6 there's only a 25% chance and then from 8 onwards there's a fantastic 6% chance of rain :D

Shall bring my wellies and raincoat. Nice one. :)

Is it worth bringing a backpack with you or is it just a hassle?

Random question - where do ya get the cheap unofficial band tshirts for like a tenner? Saw them being sold after arcade fires gig at the end on the way out, would they be on sale during the day?

They'll be selling them outside the venue.

I was really looking forward to this gig but unfortunately have to sell my ticket last-minute.

My friends who are going are also curious about the situation with bringing food in, nothing major or anything (most likely a few sandwiches) but it would be a pity if it was taken off them.

Might be an odd one but: Best place to get coffee in the arena? Or is it all the same/awful?

    Hi all,
I have two tickets for the arctic monkeys today, but unable to go. I'm in Donegal Town and I am willing to swap the two tickets for two tickets for Longitude or two tickets for any summer Dublin concert. These tickets are not for sale, only for swapping. Let me know if you're interested - must be able to collect from Donegal.

1 ticket available guys. Friend can now longer go.

Just leaving Waterford and heading up the M9 motorway.

Can meet anywhere along the way or in Dublin from 1pm onwards.

    PM if interested.

    +1

most forecast sites talk about scatter showers early in the afternoon and that it will clear later in the evening.
