    Hi,

Really need peoples help and info on this.
My girlfriend 5 years ago went to Oz on a WHV she was there for 10days and had to return due to a death in her family and couldnt afford then to go back.

Is there any possible way of getting her a 2nd work visa??
    Any way at all?
And any legal way to do this?

Ive heard you can pay farmers and they will send you a form stating you completed her regional work which obv she hasnt.

    All advice appreciated

    Thanks

Ah the old bogus farm work scam!!

They now ask for supporting evidence like bank statements and phone statements especially for regional work from 5 years ago.

Your GF wasn't even in the country for 3 weeks never mind 3 months, once they put her details in the computer do you not think they might query how she had done 88 days work?
