Personally I prefer the informality of on-line fora. I'd hate to be asked a question I didn't know the answer too.

I only hate being asked questions that I can't find the answer to. Nobody but nobody knows all the answers off the top of their head. Most times I don't know, I know someone who does! Old age and being around a long time has its advantages!
