NOKIA LUMIA 800 Won't let me download Apps

Hi I have a Nokia Lumia 800, I can't link it to zune properly and also every time I try to update the phone or try downloading a app it says window live ID not working at this time try later.

Also tried to update on tescomobile as I received a text saying to update internet setting on their site to get more out of the phone and speed it up. There is no link for the 800 on their site.

I use to be good at these things but have been up to my eyes and really hope you can help.

Sorry forgot was using android while screen was smashed. Who would I ask?

Click on the report post icon (!) to the left of your original post and ask them to move to the Windows Devices forum
