The recent "things to do when visiting Galway" and seeing my old list quoted got me thinking about an update (I've got a few visitors lined up for next summer already!): Just wondering if anyone knows what happened to the Nora Barnacle museum in Bowling Green. There was a notice that it wasn't going to open for the 2012…

Just wondering if anyone knows what happened to the Nora Barnacle museum in Bowling Green. There was a notice that it wasn't going to open for the 2012 season, but nothing since. Still listed in most of the guidebooks etc though.

Yeh, it's definitely closed.

It was open for two days in the run-up to Christmas 2013 for an Eco-Fundraiser, forgot how tiny it was till I was in there.
