Sucked the very life out of it they have.Dry as a cracker. I should have said social politics than just LGBT rights although that is a hot topic right now but you are right it probably would lie in a referendum forum.

oh for sure - social movement and minority and identity politics encompassing would be a good idea.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me?
