    Was at an auction last night and a 25 ac plot with a lot of waste, ditches, briares etc. and in bad need of some nourishment, with maps made €220/ac, it was a good thing I was sitting down

    Oh stop nearly got sick ha, I'd say there was 5 ac waste on it between overgrown ditches, a solid rob IMO
