Bank hours - shocking customer service

    Why on earth is the bank of Ireland have such terrible opening hours?

    Don't open until 10

    Close for lunch from 12.30 to 1.30

    Back open for 1.30 - 4.00

    5 hours of service, if this was any other business they would be shut down and out of business

    [font=Verdana, sans-serif]Also, branches open until 5pm, one night a week. If you do need to visit a branch during lunch, there may be one close by that can help. You can view the opening hours and late opening of individual branches on our ATM locator here[/font]
