    I love the nerdist podcast so it's Aleta's great to see wrestlers on from time to time. Great interview with some funny moments (mainly if you lean towards geek/need culture like I do)

    It's very good. Punk comes off as nice but fairly quiet. He lets Jonah and Matt riff a little bit more and only speaks when he's spoken to or when he's something really good to interject with. He tells a great story about when he ran the Chicago marathon which had me in stitches. Also his back and forth with Matt over the items for sale at comiccon is funny too.

    They wont. WWE needs him more than he needs them, and they both know it. Neither side will risk a future return. If action was going to be taken, he wouldnt have been allowed sit at home for six months.

    If Punk refused to wrestle, there's not much WWE could have done other than take legal action. Not as if they can force him down to the ring and force him to work really.

    I don't know the particulars of his contract and fwiw it was Meltzer who started the rumour but if Punk broke the contract WWE could sue for damages.

    He has not spoken of them negatively, nor vice versa. Clearly, a settlement of some sort was agreed before he left.

    I don't disagree on the legal action thing because it would likely reflect bad on WWE. Not sure they made any agreement however. Maybe but we don't know.
