Looking for an Ultra book between €500 - €650. Beat bang for buck, I'll go higher if ita an unmissable deal or extreme bang 4 buck compared to normal prices/similar priced ultrabooks

Pc Specialist allows you build a laptop to the spec you want. Their ultrabooks are called ultranotes and come in at a higher spec and cheaper price than anything you'll see in pc world or the likes.

A quick look and I spec'd one that comes in at €622 which has :
i5 proceessor, solid state drive, 8 Gbs ram, 14" screen, hdmi , usb 3
