Copyright qs - can I use random images for internal work displays?

We often use posters around our office here (and in the UK) to promote innovation, company values etc... The staff are often given the chance to design their own - would we be able to use any images from Google images etc.... for this purpose, without having any copyright issues? I don't want to upset any of the legal…
