hi guys i bought tickets for an event recently. can you tell me if i can pick them up in store or do i have to print them off myself. i ordered them online but would prefer if they were in the original cardboard format as they will be a present... thanks

When you purchased the ticket you would have chosen either an e-ticket (which you print off yourself) or for a physical copy to be delivered by post. You can't pick up tickets from ticketmaster if you've bought them online unfortunatly.
