    Hi,

I am looking for some EAN barcodes to sell products on Amazon.

There seems to be a big difference in prices, a bit like buying SSL certs.

    I've come across
The price differences between these for 30 barcodes ranges from $30 to €1000. Can i trust the cheaper ones?

    Thanks

I'd recommend GS1. They are legitimate and for approx €350 ish you can get a range of 1000 barcodes.

With the other crowds you will never be sure you have a proper barcode allocated to you.

Some retailers will insist on a GLN and registered barcodes

GS1 price is €284 + Vat for 1000 barcodes which have to be renewed yearly and there is a one time €99 Membership fee

Not sure what way to go

This has come up a few times here before if you search the E & B M forum:

I'm sure there's a few replies that would be relevant

Going through the same stage here. Which company did you choose?
Barcodestalk.com are really cheap, but are they reliable? The other option is barcode1.ie they'r bit more expensive.

Hi, I went with barcodestalk.com, didn't see any major differences to justify spending the difference, which is a lot. I've put some products on amazon and there is no issue :)

We use GS1. Annual sub of about €300 (I think:confused:) for 1000 barcodes.
