I was going to get him in this week but had to take care of Aguero business first. I'm upgrading to him once this gameweek ends I think.

My plan is to swap him out for Johnson when Sunderland reach hard times in the gameweek after next. Until then, I have no real place for him unless I play 3-5-2.

WTF is this? He scored last week and he scored today and he will score next year. If he plays you are pretty much assured one goal at least. Kinda glad I did buy him

It's the 13.6m that puts me off. Can use that money to strengthen elsewhere. I'd want more than a goal a game for that price tag.

I agree with you that the price is a little much but still happy to have him as I always know he will score. I guess its just a matter of opinion

15 points (he looks set for 1bp) in 2 games isn't a bad return from him in fairness, think he can only get better.

I coulda bought him in, but went with upgrading Januzaj to Mata and took a punt on Aguero to Benteke. Combined that's...13 with BPs. -4 for the transfers though, so I probably would have actually been better off with RVP.

But that's just nit-picking.

I think there is that safety with RVP. He's always gonna score. And losing (presuming scoreline stays as it is) to Stoke today might be the final kick up the hole Man U need to actually get going.
