    30 min s core/ weights.

    Wednesday
    10 miles easy. They did nt feel too easy though, I started too fast and it was a bit of a drag to get it finished.

    Thursday
    4 mile recovery super slow! It was pouring from the heavens and so mild, a horrible combination.

    I have done that much arsing around the last few months I'm working on my consistency! Until party season begins and I go off the rails.... Have a friend roped in to run with me tomorrow. Hoping to convince her to sign up for the Kinvara HM in March with me.

    5 miles easy, 30 mins core / weights
    Had company for the 5 miles so they flew by. Had company for the core work too as my 4 year old joined me. He got 2 carrots from the fridge as his weights and decided to lie on the bed and eat a carrot half way through.

    Rest day of sorts. 1 hour trek through the woods, 2 hours in pool, mainly jogging on the spot trying to keep the 3 a float!
    30 miles this week.

    Monday
    6 miles including ECOLII s speed work on the pitch. Harder than I thought but good. Did nt do much looking at the watch, focus on effort.

    Tuesday- rest as my back was a bit achy possibly due to running on an uneven enough surface the previous day.

    Wednesday- 10.5 easy miles. Really enjoyed this as I had my friend with me and the time flew by while gabbing! I have convinced her to do the HM!

    Friday-rest
    Saturday -6 fab miles on the beach as the sun set.
    Sunday- 5 miles on the beach again, a beautiful morning.
    32 miles for the week.

    Monday- no run after been struck with a vomiting bug.
    Tuesday- 4 miles very easy, avoiding the washing as the bug as spread.

    Wednesday
    6 miles including Ecolii s session of 1 min hard, 1 easy, 2 min hard, 2 easy, 3 min hard, 3 easy, 2 min hard, 2 easy, 1 min hard, 1 easy. Enjoyed this and focused on effort not the watch. Came home and read the session again and discovered I had done it a bit arse ways but no harm!

    Thank God I never watched it! The squirrels were my problem, darting out of the fog at the speed of light!

    5 miles easy. Got out this evening, missed the 1 st park run in Belleek as I had a meitheal arriving for dinner and birthday cake at 1 pm! I m down as a steward next week I think, if not will do it.
