Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What a cheat young disgusting diving

    Are you being serious here?

Whelan made no attempt for the ball and just barged in to Young

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,508 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Crinklewood

Should be about 325 minutes of injury time

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,772 ✭✭✭✭Paul Tergat

The game has been set up perfectly for Stoke everything even the weather ha. I would be very very surprised if we even got the draw. Them scoring looks more likely at this stage.

This is not the same as United. Not the same attitude. Not the same fight in us.

When we go behind we don't look capable of mounting the comebacks that we were renowned for.

Please tell me Whelan was booked there?

Booked? He wasn't even given a free!

Should have been, but not even a free somehow.

If Stoke were more clinical up front this game would be over.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,161 ✭✭✭Cypher_sounds

Is this the standard of refereeing in the premier league? Worst homer ive seen in quite a while.

    ffs welbeck

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,949 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

How was Welbeck not anticipating what was going to happen there?!

Mata and Kagawa are miles ahead of everyone when it comes to playing in tight spaces.

Not that it would have made any difference cause we have been piss poor but the referee is having a shocker

To be fair, foul and all as it was, Young goes down if somebody even looks at him.

He is an habitual diver and could have avoided Whelans barge if he wanted to. He didn't want to.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,136 ✭✭✭✭Rayne Wooney

Look at everyone standing in a line in the box, doing absolutely nothing

    We are a joke

    Don't quote him lads, pls.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,894 ✭✭✭Nolars

Juan Mata now has more Premier League assists (2) for Man Utd this season than Cleverley, Fellaini and Nani combined.

what a moronic team we have

Ever hear of keeping in the ground when its this windy?

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,195 ✭✭✭✭JRant

Perhaps. Its on him to learn as well. You should see within the first few minutes that its not suited today. Well being honest it shouldnt be happening at all but particularly today. The players though have to think this is clearly not working for us, keep the ball on the deck

I'd say it's all on him. The first option always seems to be the long ball. Very little movement in the team. Slow predictable passing.

"Well, yeah, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man"

This is terrible to watch, Januzaj needs to come on, and soon.

I can see this one being a comfortable 2 or 3 nil win, Stoke are on such a poor run and United seem to be picking up their tempo at the moment.

Mata with all 3 goals :pac:

    How's that going for you?

It can't all be on him. The players need to be able to change things up imo. Some of the responsibility falls on them

It was a foul. A blatant one. But you would rather rail at me because you are frustrated than take a long look at Young which is what you should be doing. Young could have just run past him but it was easier to flop to the ground and look at the ref. Because that's what he does.

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,193 ✭✭✭✭Kerrydude1981

Utd just don't seem to want this today,no fight in them at all.

Might as well bring off Welbeck again, push rooney back to 10 and bring on Fletch.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 27,349 ✭✭✭✭super_furry

How does he have that time and space in the box to get that volley away?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,075 ✭✭✭IamtheWalrus

A draw would be a great result for both.

    A man can dream.

If this stays the same score and Liverpool win tomorrow game over lads we wont be in the champions league next season.

Still talking complete bollocks. Taken out and you still want to point the finger at him. Never mind the ref not even giving a free kick for it.

Im railing at you cause you need pointing out as talking ****e. Maybe you have got a bite here, whatever, but you can't be as stupid as you are making out.

Oh I agree, the players need to take some responability. I do feel the majority of it lies with the manager.
