ANyone got a fuel transfer pump I can borrow?

Does anyone know where I can borrow, hire a fuel transfer pump, electric or hand operated that I can use to pump oil from an IBC into my oil tank at home? Im going to take a spin up North and buy some oil, but have no way of getting it into the tank.
