yes, my understanding of that is rvp had huge respect for Fergie and was his dream to play under him, he was sure fergie would be around for 2-3 years, now fergie is gone he is thinking about a move back to arsenal to play for his "footballing father"... 15m is the figure being talked about up to arsenal if they want to pay it, hense Utd will be in for Cavani this summer
