VAT 58 Form- Forestry

I planted some forestry recently and am currently claiming the VAT back. I understand I can claim for drainage and fencing but what about the cost of the trees and planting them etc. Could that go down under "land reclamation" as I don't see any section for it on the form. Any help greatly appreciated:)
