ticketmaster not giving reciepts

    Im looking to buy tickets and no one seems to have a reciept

    Do ticketmaster give you a reciept, surely they do its the customers right to get one.

    They give a receipt if you buy through their website

    If you buy at an outlet then chances are you won't get a receipt, there will be an extra section printed that is attached to your tickets with details of price paid etc.

    If you ordered online then you will get an email with details of gig, price, venue etc
