List of my "Direct Debits" gone from Banking365?

    As per the title, the list of my "Direct Debits" appears to be gone from my Banking365?

    Hi BigCon,

    Thanks for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie.

    Due to the introduction of SEPA, certain changes have taken place on 365Online. For more information on these changes, please see here.

    Your Direct Debits list has also changed due to this. You can now view your direct debits by:
    • Selecting 'Statements' on the left hand menu and choose an account;
    • Click on the 'Advanced' option;
    • Select 'Direct Debits Credits' from the drop down labelled 'Show'

    This will display all of the direct debits on the account and you can also apply filters over a period of time or per month.

    Hi Elaine
    Would it be possible to find out, what section of BOI thought it would be a great idea to move displaying all Direct Debits in one nice area, to having hidden in the options outlined above. 
    Usually one makes a service better and easier to use, not the other way around :) . Maybe there is an excellent reason BOI did this. If you would ask the team who was responsible for this idea change, would love to hear their logic :)

You now also have access to more detailed payment information for SEPA Direct Debits on this page, including unique mandate reference & creditor ID. This information will support any SEPA Direct Debit services you may like to request in the future. For more information on these new services, please see here [/font]
