It was also nice to see Zapata repaying his manager after he was chosen to start ahead of Roux. I guess he'll also be starting the next game.

I wouldn't mind trying to upgrade on Mathieu, my cb/lb rated 90.

If possible, I'd even put cash with him, and/or take a lower rated, high potential player

I've a 31 year old 88 CB you can have at face value.

30. And I have him as a CB so would prefer that position too.

Happy to keep him, mind, but if I can get a player I like for the future, I might downgrade short term for long term gain.

I'm thinking of quitting at Bordeaux. I just don't have the same draw to them as I do for Hearts in the Good League. Sorry if I wasted any time but I bought a very good young striker and gave new contracts to most of the squad. I'm happy enough with Hearts and will continue to build with them.

I dunno......... maybe I'm a sentimental old fool but I like the idea of starting with a small club and bringing them up through the divisions if I can. Maybe I'll wait a while longer, but I just don't care about Bordeaux at the moment. I'll think about it over the next few days. But 4 losses including the last one against the bottom team doesn't blow my hair back.

Chose the formation that you think you think would be the least likely to get a result with and give it one last shot,it cant get any worse and might surprise you!!

Also if you play your second team for a couple of games and select your full team it seems to have an impact.
