Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I must say, its very hard to do deals in this league! Farfan going to Roma for Ilicic and Marrone. I would have thought i could get a better deal but any players i was offered were mediocre and frankly disappointing. Like I'm selling a 91 for an 89 and 86 but nobody will even sell me a 92 or higher rated player by me using 90+ rated players in the deal.
Small club syndrome.....
You can't always trade up. For example me selling Benzema, I knew I wasn't gonna get a 94 or a 94 that I wanted atleast, so I took two 91s that strengthen my bench.
It can be hard to do deals, especially if you've a player no one wants (Ribery
) but for the most part I think it's fine. I mainly deal with lads I chat with because we can usually negotiate a deal handy enough. Get talking to people and you might find it easier to get players you want. Sure myself and Ger have swapped more players than I can remember and I've done a couple with GT as well 0 -

I sold Bale for Xavi, Mkhitaryan and Deulofeu. At the time, probably not the strongest players...
Xavi went for Kevin-Prince Boateng and Riccardo Montolivo.
Mkhitaryan (and Goretzka) went for Modric and Jay Rodriguez.
Deulofeu (with Muniain) went for Pedro.
So a few months after selling Bale, I got two 93s (one of whom is likely to rise this week, the other possibly as well), a 91, a 90 and a highly rated 88.
Most people probably thought I was crazy selling Bale. But honestly, I feel my overall team is far stronger thanks to the players I've sold from the Bale deal.
Sometimes you have to go with a "weaker" looking deal with the long term view

Have to say it was a pleasure dealing with you, nice and straight forward..
Hard to loose ilicic but with the ever looming threat of totti retiring I needed decent options as backup and farfan gives me that while also covering AM C until totti retires..0 -

I did actually turn down a deal involving albiol, behrami and/or alex (ex chelsea) so i hope my decision proves right in a years time!0 -

This season your Chairman expects you to finish in the top half of the table.
I suppose I did guide one of the weakest teams in the division to a play-off spot last season so this isn't too surprising. :PRyan GIGGS has now retired and you have been awarded 5,520,000 in compensation.
Although it's good to effectively get my money back, I wasn't expecting him to have such an impact last season. He will be missed.0 -

Lads, looking to sell on Cabral Rafael, 88 rated goalkeeper. Reality is Lloris is never not match fit, I've got Kivrak as back up at the same rating, and one or two kids as well.
Wouldn't mind an 88 or so defender, younger preferably, and will put cash with it for the right offer. Just in case anyone needs a goalkeeper 0 -
