Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It feels good to be home.

Now, time to right another wrong. It's time the boy came home.

There a carnival atmosphere as the Athletic Club manager took a break from his month long World Cup party to address the assembled press at the San Mames Stadium. Wearing a Samba bikini, covered in multicoloured feathers that he claimed to have stolen from a Brazilian transvestite he gave the following statement:

"First my congratulations to Seaneh on returning to his spiritual home - he is a man who follows his heart, and who in this cold, dark world could begrudge him success. May the Sun always radiate on his cherubic little face."

He then summoned his servants, paid for by the club, who were dressed in rags. After cackling with laughter and whippping them a few times he demanded that they "Bring out the box!" - upon which a large box, decorated with stars and moons was wheeled into the press room. To absolutely no-ones surprise Alexandre Pato jumped out of the box to announce himself as an Athletic Club player giving the following statement:

"I am so happy that I am allowed to work with M. Poirot for he is a great man. My old manager used to beat me with sh1tty sticks and force me to eat apples - he even tried to sell me to a Bear in Sunderland. But I have found my home now and i am humbled by the great manager I shall now be working with."

And M. Poirot smiled, for he was pleased with what he saw.

I never beat him with sticks, this is an absolute lie!

I used the handle of an old sweeping brush!

I think you should stick with them.

Another manager who has been around since the start wanted benfica but you're abit ahead of him so when he saw you'd applied, he didn't bother. I reckon you should let him have them.

Well you never said what you wanted in exchange, I offered you two highly rated young players and you didn't even negotiate.

An 86 and 87 for a 90 does'nt seem too good an offer to me

When nobody has any clue what you're looking for, I'd reckon two youngsters isn't a bad offer for a declining 31 year old.

    New season, new players.....

Draw as per usual, I don't want to change to negative tactics so I'm going to give it a 10+ games to see if things will work themselves out and if not then a re-think shall be required....... Far too many draws
