Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A bittersweet moment as Newcastle extend their unbeaten streak to the detriment of my old club Anzhi

After their result against Anzhi, Newcastle United are now unbeaten in 17 games setting a new club record for most games unbeaten in a row.

    Still trucking!

José Mourinho was unable to prevent a FC Schalke 04 defeat to Spartak Moskva.
FC Schalke 04 have lost to Spartak Moskva 4 - 2 in a thrilling Division 2 encounter.
Neustädter and Tello were amongst the goalscorers.

    Some amount of goals!

SS Lazio outclassed West Bromwich Albion and beat them 3 - 0 in their Division 3 fixture.
Neymar had an impressive game and was voted Man of the Match.
Herrera and Postiga were amongst the goalscorers.

During the post-match press conference the gaffer was asked one word to describe Postiga......

    'Un-droppable'

EDIT: How could I forget! 2 goals for Herrera on his Birthday!!!!!

Considering my form I should be happy, considering my team I'm livid. 4 Points from safety. Hoping some new signings can shake it up :)

3rd defeat in a row... This whole Legia row has distracted the players. Could do with a big cash injection to freshen things up. Need an oil rich sugar daddy!

So player ratings are partly decided on international selection (who your cuntry is and how much you play for them) or at least they were when last I checked in 2009.

So presumably Lahm, Gerrard and Ribery will see their ratings drop a little as they've retired from international footy?

I'm in a relegation dogfight, just need to keep within touching distance, give myself a fighting chance. We were challenging for promotion before I left, with over 120m, now I've 16m.
I think the chairman gave himself a bonus!

In need of a few high rated veterans.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

Willow Murphy steered Estudiantes to victory against Shanghai Shenhua.
Estudiantes beat Shanghai Shenhua 2 - 1 in their Division 3 fixture.
Zapata scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Hoilett was also on the scoresheet for his side.

The winner coming from one of the reasons I wanted to come back! :)

I missed him so very, very much.
