Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Matthew Scorr steered US Palermo to victory against Sevilla.
US Palermo outclassed Sevilla and beat them 4 - 2 in a thrilling Division 2 encounter.
Tévez scored a brace and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Firmino and Ribéry were also amongst the goalscorers.

That moves me up to 9th and only 2pts off a play off place.

Also Tevez has been fantastic for me!

    10 Games
    4 Goals
    7 Assists

Ribery is also 2 in 2.

Willow Murphy earned a draw with Estudiantes de LP against West Bromwich Albion.
The match ended 2 - 2 between Estudiantes de LP and West Bromwich Albion in their Division 3 fixture.
Roux scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Kashia was also on the scoresheet for his side.

Kashia with an 86th minute header to snatch a much deserved point. We've finally managed to reach the 40 point barrier. Still 10 points clear of relegation though with only 7 to play! Only 8 points off the play-off though!! :D :P :P

Comic Book Guy steered Hanover to victory against Stuttgart.
Hanover outclassed Stuttgart and beat them 1 - 0 in their Division 3 fixture.
Djordjevic scored the winner for Hanover and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

"outclassed" is the game's words and not mine, very even game that could have gone either way and wouldn't have complained if it ended in a draw.

Delighted to get another 3 points in our efforts to stay up seeing as how we are away to table toppers Twente next. Now to find the "park the bus" tactic option!!

Neymar Jnr 11 was unable to prevent a SS Lazio defeat to AJ Auxerre.
SS Lazio slumped to a 4 - 0 defeat against AJ Auxerre in their Division 3 fixture.

    eh................

    well this is awkward!!!!

Don't worry about it. Got held by the one unmanaged team in the division and they are in 18th place. With Flamengo also losing it was definitely a missed opportunity

Eh i dunno was unable to prevent a Aston Villa defeat to Dynamo Kyiv.
Aston Villa slumped to a 2 - 0 defeat to Dynamo Kyiv in their Division 1 fixture.

11 points clear of the drop on 41 points so safe enough. Would love to shake up the squad for next season but its not easy

Jock Stein steered Juventus to victory against minos SSC Napoli.
Juventus beat SSC Napoli 3 - 1 in their Division 1 fixture.
Vidal scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Sánchez was also on the scoresheet for his side.
That's back to back easy wins this season.

    7 games left!!!!

AZ up next for me, a must win (not that I've EVER beaten them but.....) As Flamengo and Twente clash at the top of the table!

Pivotal set of fixtures up next in D3

Tommycahir was unable to prevent a AS Roma defeat to Real Madrid.
AS Roma slumped to a 3 - 2 defeat against Real Madrid in their Division 1 fixture.
Totti scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Illarramendi was also on the scoresheet for his side.

Wouldn't mid but I was 2-1 up until the 72nd minute and with Real down to 9 men when Alves and Pepe decided they wanted old man Totti to leave the stadium with no legs attached..

Still somehow managing to hold on to 10th place on 43 pts but have Spurs and Everton breathing down my neck for that coveted final Euro spot..

    One down one to go.

Sean O'Mara has guided Real Madrid to a The Boards.ie League Shield Final win against Celtic!! Real Madrid were the better team and beat Celtic 1 - 0 in the final to lift the trophy.
Di María scored the winner for Real Madrid and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Roomers of a deal to tie up a very very long term target circulating around the Lazio training camp were quickly shot down today...

'Utter fabrication by the press' - was the official club statement

Further news to follow (we think!!)

FC Porto can confirm that irrespective of the long time courting of the player by SS Lazio, Adnan Januzaj has indeed NOT been sold to SS Lazio

No cash.....A midfielder for sure and then any position unless the player is good enough for a straight swap....Preferably players below 30 but I'm willing to listen to offers.
