Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If the manager accepts then it doesn't really matter to anyone, only if the selling manager leaves tomorrow...which I assume he isn't. In a gold gameworld, an Ajax manager has sold me Klaassen, Veltman and Riedeweld for cash which is not something I've ever experienced in a new world so I guess some managers do things differently.

On a side note, I just won 25k SM credits on twitter :D

KERSPLAT! ! was unable to prevent a Bayern München defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.
Bayern München slumped to a 2 - 1 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur in their Division 1 fixture.
Reus scored the only goal for Bayern München and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance

    Flamengo get hammered 6-0 :pac:
Should remember I probably need decent defenders if I'm gonna play 3 at the back

Our usual draw played out again. 3 games played now and 3 draws against arguably some of the toughest opponents in the division so happy enough

Athletic Club have recorded their biggest ever home league win by beating Flamengo 6 - 0.

Delighted to have set a new record, small downside that it came against a manager I have great time for

Would be delighted with mid table mediocrity to be honest but am prepared for a relegation battle. Can't seem to get any players in so same squad as last year

Ger Power steered Manchester City to victory against AS Roma.
Manchester City beat AS Roma 1 - 0 in their Division 1 fixture.
Tévez scored the winner for Manchester City and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Delighted with that, was hard earned! Tevez on his debut.

I would just like to add to this that i was also looking for a backup GK and noticed that Palermo have 2 x 88 x 24yr GKs (*) and was going to pop in a bid on one ... only then I realised that Matt Ryan, current Club Brugge(my team in Belgium) GK, was at Man city ... so I popped in a 7m cash ( cash only?! who is this lunatic) bid on Ryan ... and the numpty(:p) in charge at City accepted the cash only bid ...

What is this gameworld coming to when a League winning manager goes accepting cash only bids ?!?!

    * ;) Hope you get some good offers after this plug Palermo ;)

** I hope sarcasm comes across ok when it is in written format :D

I need a backup keeper - thanks for the heads up! :)

I had a threesome on Friday night with two fine things - one of whom came back today to erm, study oral work. *

A 5-0 away win against the scousers in Anfield was the highlight of the weekend though. #topoftheleague
Al Capwned steered Barcelona to victory against Liverpool.
Barcelona outclassed Liverpool and thrashed them 5 - 0 in their Division 1 fixture.
Messi scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Song and Rooney were also amongst the goalscorers.

Willow Murphy earned a draw with Estudiantes de LP against Shanghai Shenhua.
The match ended 0 - 0 between Estudiantes de LP and Shanghai Shenhua in their Division 3 fixture.

Probably should have won in China only for Nolan Roux again, the wasteful bollix!! :pac: I'd be better served throwing Danny Morrissey up there for the next game!!

Bit odd that only gold managers can manage smfa games. I'm on garden leave tonight

It's the only reason I have gold membership tbh - I enjoy the SMFA comps.....
I've Parma tonight, think I'll give a few of the fringe players a spin out.
