Barcelona outclassed Werder Bremen and beat them 2 - 1 in their The Boards.ie League Cup Round 1 fixture.
Ciano and Neuton were amongst the goalscorers.

OK so am feeling generous and am willing to raffle off DIAMANTI, Alessandro for face value to a Div 3/4 club.

To apply simply lodge a cash bid for his face value by 9PM Friday night, if you offer higher than face value then you'll still be accepted and i'll pocket the difference, any lower than face value and you'll be excluded. If you are in div 1/2 your bid will be rejected.

I'll assign a number to each bid in the order that they are when deadline closes and do a random number generator run to decide the winner.

Current face value : 3.9M

Have purposely only advertised it on the thread to try keep some interest here, hard to believe there not 1 bid for him, I know when I was in div 4 with auxerre and Malaga I would have sacrificed the assistant manager to get an 88 as versatile as him for face value or even the chance to get him... He may be ageing and will prob drop to 87 in a season or 2 cos of his Chinese move but still he's an 88

Only messing, I just wanted to have a look at external clubs first to see if there was anything similar or better and, in truth, there were similar players, but for about twice the price!

In short, I reckon 3.9m is a bargain really.

I will say though that, if someone bids that needs him more than me I'll withdraw my bid and let them have him simply because I already have a couple of players who's better than him in his position. But if nobody else wants him then I'll gladly take him!! :pac:
