How are these two Banks faring at the minute? What is BOI doing that AIB is not, and vice versa?

I know AIB is still mostly state owned, and BOI paid back some of the States share recently. I'm talking more about investment strategy, lending to SME's, policy on repossessions etc. Basically how to distinguish between the two, in more detail than just the State share/overall liquidity.
