Outdoor activities group?

Hi guys!!! I know the weather is not the best those days... Anyway my boyfriend and I really would like to know if there is any group of people around Carrigaline or Cork that go out for outdoor activities such as walking, hicking, biking...and discover the beauty of Ireland! So far I've written and email to MBC Cork....…

There is Cork Orienteering Club http://www.corko.net/ but i dont know anyone who is in it but would like to know if tis any good
