Hi their is a website in the UK where you can circumvent the charge to 1890 numbers, i.e. 0800

    http://www.0800buster.co.uk

Would this work with our networks?

    Many thanks in advance

Try this website "Say No to 1890". It's not quite the same as the uk website you mentioned in that you have to look up the 1890 number manually to get the landline number substitute.

+1 '0800' is a freephone number, the best you can usually do with Irish companies is to call them using a regular landline number, that way the call will come out of your monthly voice call allowance.

If they're not listed on the 'say no to 1890' website, check their website to see if there's a number you need to call from outside Ireland, it will typically be of the form +353 (area code) (number) - just stick a zero in front of the area code and dial the number.
