    Can anyone tell me is it possable to default hkc panels with engineer lock without sending it back to hkc? (6/10, 8/12, 1070)

    The panel will need to be flashed.

    Yes it is but if as you say the system is engineer locked it is best to get an engineer to do this for you. Just make sure they know what they are doing or they could damage your system beyond repair ;)
