So having just discovered this forum, could any of you experts recommend an amp & speakers set up in the €200-€500 price range?

I am clueless when it comes to stuff like optical out cables ect. So would anyone know of any sites/guides to the various cables and connections?

If you can, get an amp that can handle hdmi switching.

Richersounds here on boards are doing a sale on some Amps so you might get lucky and they can pair up with speakers, etc... for you.

Try www.hifihut.ie they have a great selection, plus it's nice to shop at home!
