Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Google Play Edition Devices (From the US)

    Hi Folks,

I'm looking at buying a new Android Tablet. I'm very tempted by LG G Pad.

I've done some research and found out about a Google Play Edition version.
This version won't have the LG skin. It's pure android. This "pure" version appeals to me as it will be faster and easier to upgrade to new android versions.

Currently this device is only available in the states. I was wondering is there any chance of this being made available here?

If not I'm tempted to get it through family in the states. Would I have any problems doing this? Would it work over here and would I be able to upgrade in future?

There are number of Google Play Edition devices avialbel in the US, (S4, Sony Z Ultra etc.)
