Nice lift mellor. Thats a real nice bench station
    Cheers.
Yeah, pretty good set up here. Bumpers, platforms, sled tracks etc. It's a large commercial chain, but with lots of funding behind it.
Even better, is that I've free access through my job.

The benches are new. I didn't know what to make of them at first. But after a few lifts they are really nice to bench solo on.

Savage Mellor. Always great to see hard work consistently applied pay off.

Thanks Lloyd. Really exceeded my expectations after such a long layoff.
Slight hiccup with DLs. But hopefully, I'll fixed that and post some more lifts next week.

    80kg power snatch at 70kg.
    106.64 sinclair.
I've a bet to make a 200 total by Xmas. Better stat training.

    110 C&J @90.3 127.73 Sinclair

    Snatch 68kg @ 67.8 BW, Sinclair 92.52.

This was actually a power snatch attempt but I was making the lift either way, first time snatching bodyweight :D.

Not sure if this counts as the vid is cut a bit short?

Some new PRs in a Powerlifting competition this weekend @ bodyweight 81.35kg:

          Squat 157.5kg = wilks 106.45
          Bench 105kg = wilks 70.97
          Deadlift 175kg = wilks 118.28

Video link includes all lifts: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s0UwRCVR4oQ

More drama in my log post here.

Thought I'd join in and post this up:) Lifting about a year and a half and enjoying every minute of it.

          170kg DL at 81kg. Wilks 115.16.

Not exactly ideal lifting music I know!

Squat this time, 150kg @ 81kg. Definitely more left in the tank for both lifts.

          Wilks 101.61

          115.7kg / 255lb bench @70kg BW. 86.39 wilks.

          http://instagram.com/p/w9HgjzgSrc/?modal=true

There's also this 161kg squat (plates are a mix of kg and lbs) that was @70kg for a wilks of 120.65. Not much improvement since the last time I posted.

I'll have your ugly squats if you want to ditch them for beautiful ones.

        10. Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 359 ✭✭Wood

To complete the set I'll use my sh!tty squat from The idfpa nationals which was 220kg @97.3 or whatever it was 135.41 or something within 1 Wilks point.

Whatever weight I was the last time on the deadlift.

Did 290 this week but no vid so 220 will have to do.

If anyone would like some free form corrections or advice. Contact me, of I can't correct it or don't know I'll put you in touch with someone who does

Pulled 185kg (@78kg) last week. Some posters here witnessed it, but no videos. Just posting here for close out the year for myself.

I believe you it's fine. I bet you looked lovely when you pulled it.

          All sexy and strained...

Sniff of tork, eyes bulging, face turned red, guttering groan from deep inside.
          Sexy alright.
