Hi lads,

I placed a bet earlier of a substantial amount on two teams, draw no bet. One team won, the other drew at full time, going on to win in extra time, therefore the no bet part comes into play so one winning one void.

It says so on the my bets part, in the "settled" section of my bets, also with the returns of my money I wagered and a small profit.

But my account still says €0.00? Both games are over with the last kicking off at 9 and well and truly well over an hour.

Are they normally this slow? The bet was a DNB double, never had this problem before.
