that goes from bottom to top and back

I ve been thinking to do it for a while.. and this year I m positive on that kind of training, in order to do the run in a good time.
I' m competing against myself, not doing it for prices or money

An official run is it? Not an independent one anyway. I think it might part of the peaks challenge but not sure on that.

You could do it any day of the week.
Think the record is 47 mins if that helps :D

    thanks yop.
    Yes an official race

I ve checked RunIreland but I could not find much, apart from this
    http://www.runireland.com/articles/reek-24hr-challenge-training-day
(won't be able to do 12 time , even on a dirt bike!)

something like Stage 5 of the GaelForce West

Dont think there is no. The 12 in 24 was done 2 years ago and I think them lads had enough of it after it :D
I did it back to back with one of the participants to give him some company and it was tough going.

Unless someone else knows there is a race I think you are on your own. :d

I dont see it on this years calendar, where as Mwellrea and Nephin are on the same weekend

normally 2 runs on the same weekend, but they tend to alternate croagh patrick and mweelrea every other year / every couple of years

so from the looks of it croagh patrick not this year

pity id have a lash at croagh patrick , probably be last, but nephin and mweelrea would be much tougher , nephin close to me though so may go down and watch them
