    Does anyone know of any weight loss classes in derry or letterkenny.... not weight watchers slimmin world or uni slim....

    There is a couch to 5k on in the community centre in letterkenny during the week. Not specifically for weight loss but you'd lose weight doing it properly.

    motiv8 fitness center runs a 8 week class where you get nutrition plan and access to fitness classes (these are based on the TRX suspension system)

    Yup, Springtown Industrial Estate.

    Various Martial arts classes, boot camps, strength & conditioning, boxercise style classes.

    Also plenty of nutritional advice from the coaches, eating plans if you want, and weekly weigh ins.
