Can anyone point me in the direction of a web design firm that would operate in the mid tier price point. I can't give too many specifics about the site but it will need to allow users to enter some personal data, collate that data and feed into a database in addition to be able to receive payments.

I'm not looking for an A1design.com €999 website but I also don't need a high end design firm that's going to spend 100 billable hours trying to understand my business and I cant deal with freelancers due to tax clearance, PI and contract deliverable issues.

Would really appreciate if anyone can point me in the direction of a reputable firm that will design/develop a website in an agreed time frame and agreed budget and an agreed set of deliverable's.

Freelancers can provide tax clearance certificates. Not sure what you mean by PI and contract deliverable issues.

Appreciate the reply but I'm just not in a position to use freelancers.

Is it legal / single point of failure thing?

You do understand that the line between them is often blurred; firms that are really glorified freelancers or groups of freelancers?
