Sports and Social club bank account

    We are setting up a sports and social club  in work, whereby employees will have  a set amount of money transfered to the sports & social bank account every month. We contacted our wages department and they outline th following
    "1.       You will need to set up the bank account(where the deductions will be lodged to) and you will have to check with the bank as regards what ye need to do there."

    My question is could you list absolutely everything we need, with regars to documentation, to set up this type of account
