Windows update Cleanup

I just ran the Disk Cleanup in win 7 and i seen this file and it had 2GB of files in it and im using a ssd and im only have way throw the storage but id rather have as much free space as possible so just wondering is it okay to remove these files ?

And there is also a service pack backup files that 1GB can that go aswell ?

It’s okay to place check marks by all items. Those things wouldn’t be listed if they were crucial to the computer’s operation.

There’s one exception to placing check marks by all the items, however: Hibernation File Cleaner. Do not remove that item if you use hibernation on your computer.
