Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

retrieval of files from old ipad back up?

    hi,

    i've an old apple ipad back up, one i created when i gave that particular ipad to my wife.
    i stupidly erased it to clean it up and set it up as hers using her ID etc.
    but i erased it too quickly!
    i have another ipad thats mine, and want to retrieve some of the files, keynote presentations, to pu on the new one, but don;t really want to 'restore' from that backup if i can, as its a bit old. if there's an easy way to get those files, or backup that application only, i'd like to know!

    any help is thankfully received!
