Cant access Blackboard??

I am a recent graduate of UCC and I cant access blackboard, I was hoping to get some results from my final year grade printed off. Is blackboard down or is it that I am no longer allowed have access to it?? When I clicked on to it, it said Access Denied

If you have any outstanding fees this would be a reason.
