Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I hate that shïte about the "pitch being bigger".

Premier league rules state all pitches must be the same size.

There are minimum and maximum limits. Oh just that article above - new rules.

Anybody know the wind speed around old Trafford?

I should qualify "Utd will win" with "if Utd play it through midfield in any sort of constructive manner".

any team, even as bad as Fulham, has a chance if you lump balls in from deep.

Its just the usual. Not even good at the wind ups

In all fairness i think people are just joking. Fulham are shocking. Utd could beat them if they put out their u12's!! :p

no. we've the same people at it every week and have been for years. boring, tiresome and like i say not even good at what they are trying to do.

anyway, match thread will become the usual cluster**** so time to duck out

Fulham are playing 3 in the middle. We better be paying 3 in the middle and not 2 like sky have us lined out.

4-0 United. Home against Fulham has to be the easiest fixture right now.

You're playing Fulham at home. You do not let them dictate the formation you are going to play.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,136 ✭✭✭✭Rayne Wooney

Rooney playing level with RVP it seems

Massive gap between the midfield and strikers

No supply to them at all except through the wings, this could end badly

Carrick pinging some gorgeous passes around! Maybe he read a few #AskCarrick tweets...

Home or away, you don't want to be out numbered in the centre. We're keeping the ball comfortably and away from the centre so no hassle just yet.

Crossing the ball when Fulham have the new Peter Crouch at CB. Bizarre.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,346 ✭✭✭Quandary

Weak start from Utd. The insistence on 99% of our attacks coming from wide is just stupid at this point. If that's our plan for the whole game Fulham could get something from this game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,136 ✭✭✭✭Rayne Wooney

The last two attacks have been an improvement, Fulham will clear high balls in all day

    Pass and move

If you've got the better players, playing 2 v 3 in the middle won't harm you. It also frees up the full backs to bomb on due to only having to deal with one man up top.

And to think Kagawa is miles better than Holtby at doing that...

Fulham don't even attack down the wings

Team at the foot of the table playing with no attacker scores at OT and lead 1-0 - doesn't that just sum up Man United nowadays

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,347 ✭✭✭✭Grayditch

Poor Fulham are so bad. They're definitely for the drop.
